Delete a campaign

Deletes a campaign. Campaigns that are DRAFT or READY_TO_SEND can always be deleted. A confirmed campaign (PRE_BILLED) can be deleted only if it has a scheduledDate that is still outside the platform's edit window; deleting it releases the funds reserved at confirmation. From READY onwards the campaign is being prepared or sent and can no longer be deleted. If you need to stop a scheduled campaign before it sends, delete it well before the scheduledDate is reached. This operation cannot be undone. Returns 204 No Content on successful deletion. Returns 400 if the campaign can no longer be deleted. Returns 404 if no campaign exists with the given ID under your account. Returns 401 if the API key is missing or invalid.
