Update template

Updates an existing template and submits it to Meta again: status goes back to PENDING.

The request replaces the whole content: header, body, footer and buttons are rebuilt from the fields you send, so send again the parts you want to keep. category cannot be changed once the template is APPROVED, and an APPROVED template cannot be updated within 24 hours of its last update.
